Do you offer same-day delivery or pickup?
Yes, we do! Our Ready to Go collection is available for same-day pickup or express delivery, subject to availability. Custom or large orders typically require 24–48 hours’ notice.
Returns & Exchange
Can I return or exchange a cake after purchase?
Because all TMM Bakery products are freshly baked and perishable, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges once an item has been picked up or delivered. Each order is prepared especially for you to ensure freshness and quality.
What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
We take great care in packaging and handling every order, but if your cake or product arrives damaged, incorrect, or not as described, please contact us within 2 hours of delivery or pickup. Our team will review your concern and offer a replacement, partial refund, or store credit, depending on the situation.
Do you offer refunds for custom cakes?
Custom cakes are designed specifically for each customer, so refunds are not applicable once the design and production process has started. However, if we fail to deliver the agreed design or quality, our team will evaluate and issue a store credit or partial refund as appropriate.
What happens if I’m not available during delivery?
Our delivery team will attempt to contact you upon arrival. If delivery cannot be completed, your order may be returned to the store.
Re-delivery or pickup will need to be arranged at an additional charge, as cakes are perishable and cannot be held overnight.
